• We are not responsible for any applicable customs tariffs, taxes, etc. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. shop-prom does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. • To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we mandate that the shipping address match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed. If the addresses are different, please contact your credit card company to add the alternate shipping address as an authorized secondary address. Your credit card company's phone number can be found on the back of your credit card.


• Alternately, if the shipping address does not match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed, you will receive a request for authorization, which you may email (from an ISP listed in your name), or fax back to our corporate headquarters. That information will be provided to you if necessary. Failure to provide us with this information in a timely fashion will cause your order to be cancelled and subject to a 35% restocking fee.


• We do not ship to unverified shipping address as per instructions of the credit card company. This is for your protection and to help maintain a safe on-line shopping experience.

Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers and networked with our business partners. shop-prom will deliver the Product or Products to You: at the address for delivery (“Delivery Address”) provided by you in the Customer Details Form in the Offer; by way of the Shipping Method selected by you in the Offer; at the price (“Shipping Price”) that corresponds with the Shipping Method selected by You in the Offer; and within a time that is, at the discretion of shop-prom, feasible.


• Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Product or Products is deemed to be authorized to receive the Product or Products.


• Property and risk in the Product or Products passes to you upon delivery to the Delivery Address.

Shipping Deadlines

• All orders placed before 11:00am EST (excluding Special Order items) will be processed that same day. If your order is placed after 11:00am EST, please allow 24-48 hours for processing.


• Maximum delivery time on all in-stock items is five to seven business days, for all orders of in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM (EST). All out-of-stock items will be backordered automatically. Please allow 1-4 week(s) for completion.
